The award, sponsored by Rickerbys, was made following a vote by a panel of judges for the Cotswold Life Magazine, and was presented at the 2006 Cotswold Life Business Awards Ceremony held at Berkeley Castle on 27th July.

The nomination for the award followed the completion of a £5.6 million relocation to state-of-the-art headquarters in the prestigious Gloucester Business Park. The pleasant working environment, opportunity to travel and close-knit feeling amongst staff were listed as reasons that contributed to the win.
