We do take our customers questions very seriously and will endeavor to ensure the relevant department or ferry operator responds to them promptly.

Please note that even though any questions relating to specific ferry operators that we are unable to answer are forwarded by us to the relevant department in that company we are not empowered to force the ferry company to respond to you.
