In one fantastic 8-day trip you’ll be dazzled by the plush playground of America's richest playboys and stunned by the vast wilderness of America's greenest mountains. With such a magical combination of fabulous attractions and breathtaking scenery, it’s easy to see why so many famous names have made their home in New England.

Maybe take the opportunity to see the coastal splendour of Rhode Island, the Kennedy mansion, the Mayflower and Martha's Vineyard. Then wander the wharf at Boston and sample the delights of this elegant city, like its famous crab or the celebrated Cheers bar.

We'll whisk you through the vibrant spring green Vermont Mountains to stay in a delightful Inn, before crossing the Mohawk Trail through a miniature Grand Canyon to marvel at the quaint villages speckled with white clapperboard churches. A delightful end to a memorable holiday!

Your Holiday Itinerary:

DAY 1: Join the direct flight to Boston. Transfer to your hotel in picturesque Hyannis, Cape Cod for a four night stay.

DAY 2: Join our excellent full day optional excursion to historic Rhode Island.

DAY 3:  Another fantastic optional excursion, taking in landmarks of historic national importance. Visit the elegant home of the notable Kennedy clan followed by Plymouth where the Brethren landed.

DAY 4: Optional tour to Martha's Vineyard. After a short ferry crossing to Vineyard Haven we will travel to Oak Bluffs and to the colourful old whaling town of Edgartown, which was the setting for all three Jaws movies.

DAY 5:  A morning visit to Boston. Stroll through Boston Common, wander the wharf or pop into the Cheers pub for a drink. We will depart Boston in the late afternoon and travel up into the stunning Green Mountains of Vermont for a two night stay in Stratton.

DAY 6:  Today’s unmissable optional tour will take you through the stunning Hogback Mountains  Our journey continues to the impressive Quechee Gorge, known as the Grand Canyon in miniature, and ends in the quintessential New England village of Woodstock.

DAY 7:  Head back to Boston, taking in some amazing New England scenery along the way. Our tour will take us first to the grand old town of Bennington, then on to Williamstown in the stunning Berkshire Hills. We continue along the ancient trade route of the Mohawk Trail to South Deerfield for an unforgettable visit to the Yankee Candle Factory. Then we continue to Boston Airport for your overnight flight to the UK.

DAY 8:  Arrival at the airport.
